Of course, you're welcome to see us earlier if you have any concerns, just give our practice a call at 02 9629 3559

Also, she lives locally and is within 10 minutes of Norwest Private Hospital and within 20 minutes of Westmead Private Hospital.
What are Dr Adeline Chan's fees?
Patients have the right to know how much their private health care will cost. We are happy to provide full and transparent financial disclosure ahead of time.
Please contact our friendly reception staff at 02 9629 3559 for a copy of Dr Adeline's obstetric financial disclosure.
What should I bring for my first appointment?
If you are eligible for Medicare, a referral entitles you to a Medicare rebate on your consultation fee and any subsequent treatment.
To enable you to claim with Medicare, please bring a valid referral from your GP and/ or IVF specialist. Do bring along any other relevant ultrasounds and blood test results.
A referral from a GP is valid for 12 months. A referral from another specialist is valid for 3 months.
How often will I see Dr Adeline Chan during my pregnancy?
For your antenatal care, Dr Adeline will see you once every 4 weeks up to 32 weeks, fortnightly until 36 weeks and weekly until the delivery of your baby.
At every appointment, Dr Adeline will check on the health of baby and mother and perform an ultrasound (at no additional cost).
This is the best time to ask any questions and share any concerns you may have. If you have any concerns in between visits, do call the reception staff to schedule an appointment.
After the delivery of your baby, you'll come for a postnatal visit, 6 weeks after your baby is born. Dr Adeline would love to see how you and your baby are going. We can further discuss contraception plans and cervical screening tests at this appointment as well.
